So when a person activates the camera only the first part of the event is recorded ranging from 18 sec to 28 seconds
Hello, thank you for the feedback. What kind of video storage are you using? Tapo Care? SD card? Or both? Is this the cloud video or the local recordings?
Have you tried to enable the motion detection and check how does it work under the motion detection mode?
