C200 firmware not updating on all cameras
I have 3 Tapo C200's but only one of them has updated to the latest firmware. I've tried rebooting the other 2 and force quitting the app but it says they are up to date. All 3 are hardware version 1.
Camera 1 says firmware up to date Version: 1.1.18 Build 220518 Rel.61472(4555)
Camera 2 says firmware up to date Version: 1.1.18 Build 220518 Rel.61472(4555)
Camera 3 says firmware up to date Version: 1.3.5 Build 230307 Rel.6847(4555)
Why won't the 2 cameras update?

New firmware release is a staged rollout and it will be pushed to all Tapo users' devices gradually. The 1.3.5 is a new version of the C200 1.0. If you don't receive the firmware update on certain devices (Same model & Same hardware version), please wait patiently and keep an eye on the firmware update.

@SimonN @wayne-TP same for me, but it's very strange to have 3 webcam, where one of these is updated to 1.3.3 and the other ones to 1.3.0. The rollout policies should complete webcam associated to an ID as soon as possibile.

What's the model and hardware version of your devices? Devices of the same model but with different hardware versions may have different firmware versions.

@SimonN hardware version is 3.0 for all the three webcam. Two of them are at 1.3.0, the other one updated at 1.3.3. So same HW version, but different firmware.

May I know what's the product model? As mentioned, different firmware versions on the same hardware device are usually caused the progress of the new firmware rollout plan. This issue happens if the firmware is not fully released.
If there is no usage problem on your device, please do not worry and wait patiently. If you have any problems with the product, please post a new feedback thread in the community, and other users or official staff will help.

@Wayne-TP product model is C200, am I right? I see only C200 in the app info section (with hardware version 3.0 and firmware version)
