My tapo c200 camera is moving automatically. No one is moving it. No patrol is on. Please help me fast

Please check if you have the Motion Tracking feature enabled. (Camera Settings->Detection& Alerts->Motion Tracking)
Check if the power cord of the camera is tightly connected. The Tapo C200 will turn around after restarting.
