my camera has more files on the sd card than in the cloud.
When using the SD card for recording, the camera will divide the capacity of the SD card into multiple blank MP4 files in advance, and then write these blank files one by one when the camera has recording content.
Can you share a screenshot of your SD card? You may refer to Part 5, Q5.3 in this FAQ, check if that is the case. General Questions about the Tapo Camera
In addition, the cloud video record the detection events only while the SD card supports continuous recording and motion detection. Please check if you have different recording plan for the SD card local recordings.
