Its really painful to switch yo another network when isp is down due technical issues. Why we are using cloud services when its not getting utilizes.

This is a serious issue which is frustrating your users for so long and you keep looking for excuses. You and your company are not professional at all.

 

A basic request is pending for so long is unacceptable. If all the customers put lowest rating for your devices, then what will happen to your business?

 

You escalate this to the highest level in your company to have this resolved. You and your team are not concerned to see customers face such horrible issue?

Need to be able to change the Wi-Fi network simply from the Tapp app WITHOUT a full factory reset of the device!

This feature is needed especially when I temporary grab my cam and use it in the hotel. i cannot change the AP credentials there. Why cant we have multiple networks stored in the cam as it is in the smartphone?

It is absolutely ridiculous that you can not change WiFi networks on these cameras without a reset. This had been requested for years now. I will ditch my subscriptions and buy a CHEAPER camera that does have this feature. Which is basically every cam except Tapo.
