You need a feature that lets me select a list of devices I want to move to a new network, not just change one individual device at a time.  I have 35 devices between kasa and tapo.  Changing the wifi for 35 devices is bad enough let alone having to factory reset 35 devices.  This is insane.

I can honestly say that I'm seriously considering going to a competitor as this feature hasn't been delivered yet in many years. I have 29 products and I simply can't get to or it's dangerous to get close to the camera's to reset. 

I might have a look into legal actions as this form of inadequate communication and support from a business is borderline robbery. I even put my grandparents on the Tapo ecosphere and the thought of a 75+ year old man climbing a ladder to change his cameras settings is deplorable.

Its amazing that I have just purchased a brand new TP Link Wifi Mesh to hopefully pair up all my tp link tapo cameras and now here I have to reset EVERY single camera individually and then go thru and manually set all notifications and detection zones all over again.. for every single camera???


Using the 'old' ssid doesnt make sense here as my old router is still running so it wont change.. but my cameras need to move to the new network and this is painful to say the least..
