In my garage, I have 2 wall switches that control the ceiling lights. I want to replace one of the switches with a Kasa motion sensor switch so that when I come into the garage the light turn on. So one switch will be the KS220M and the other will be the regular on/off toggle switch. I do have a neutral wire.

no.  No way to mimic the travelers. Look for a 2 way sensor family that has a "companion" remote switch.  Leviton has something, so dos Tapo

First they're not 3-way switches, which means no traveler line. Second, i don't think one traveler line can be left alone in a 3-way circuit.

You may be able to accomplish this using Kasa "Smart Actions" and some outside of the box thinking.  Cap the load wire, so the sensor doesn't physically trigger anything.. Program a Smart Action to turn on any other switch when motion is detected.

With two .motion sensors, if you have or can pass neutral to both ends, you could wire them to work in parallel.  This is only ideal for side entrances.. or where there's  no need to manually switch on off.. purely motion on off.
