All KASA bulbs suddenly went all together off line and remain off line
I have a remote house in France.
I installed 4 Kasa Smart Bulbs (a mixture of KL and LB Series).
They all went off line yesterday.
Network is Huawei 4G Wifi6 router. They are all connected through 2.45Ghz
On the same network I have 4 Tapo switches. They still work perfectly.
On the same network I have 4 Arlo cameras. 2 connected via a hub, the hub ethernet connected to the router, 2 cameras WiFi 2.4 Ghz connected to the router directly.
Everything works perfectly.
My router is connected to one of the TAPO switches and I am able to re-boot it remotely. I have done that 4 times now. Everything (Tapo and Arlo) works perfectly again after the rebooting is finished.
The Kasa Smart Bulbs however all remain OFF LINE.
I have deleted and re-installed the app on both an iOS and an Android device. All remains OFF LINE.
Remember, this happens at 7,000 miles away.
