I checked and it seemed that the motor was broken. The after-sales service said it was out of warranty, so I had to replace it myself.
What's the model of your device? Tapo robot vacuum hasn't been officially released for a year yet, and regardless of varying warranty periods by country, the minimum coverage is at least one year.
Did you contact TP-Link official customer support, or the retailer? Have they provided reasons for rejecting your warranty request?
