Can't control smart switch when not home

Switches works great when I am same network, but it goes offline when using mobile data. Tried to turn on remote control feature, but it says that switch is associated with other account. Removed and added device multiple times but no luck.

Factory reset the switch instead of removing it from the App (soft reset). Confirm if it helps.
How to factory reset HS200: Press and hold the RESET button (left) for about 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi status LED blinks amber rapidly to reset the Smart Switch to factory default settings.
