Hi,

Just bought and installed one. I have tried all detection options but what is doing is when i exit the house it is detecting me ok. But when i come from the street it doesn't detect me or anything else. I have attached a photo to show how is installed. Please help me. Thank you

What's the "Wake-Up" setting on your doorbell?

Is this happening in the daytime as well? The direct spotlight in front of the doorbell may potentially interfere with incoming motions, especially if someone enters quickly. This might lead to a delayed response or failure to wake up the doorbell promptly.
