Model: Tapo T310
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.0

Hi.

i'm using T310 and H200 to show and record temperatures in my cabin in Norway. The system works fine and all but temperatures bellow -20 c (Celsius) is not recorded in the history graph. I have two sensors and both of them show live updated temperatures as low as -30c (the lowest I've seen) but none of them record bellow -20c.

So there is no way for me

of knowing how allow the temperature has gone during the night. As you can se on images the temperature recording stops at -20c

is this something that can be solved in a software update?

The operating temperature for the Tapo T310 sets between -20~60ºC / -4~140ºF.

While the hardware might detect values beyond this range, prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures could damage the product. We recommend relocating the sensor to an environment within the specified temperature range for optimal performance
