# IOS Critical Alerts
Hey!
It would be great if the Tapo IOS app supports the IOS Critical Alerts (API Docs) feature, so despite my phone is muted, i still got critical notifications if something is happening like motion detection sensor detect motion.

This is very helpful in the event the there is an alert and the phone is in mute, i would still get the notification.

Mandatory feature already proposed by the competitors.
The lack of critical alert in case of detection for iOS prevent me to replace my 4 Ezviz cameras by 4 Tapos cameras

You have such a wonderfull app, it is a shame that is lacking such a critical (no pun intended) function!
Please add this, I am thinking on moving to Reolink Cameras only because of this function!
