Rich notificacions with snapshots (camera): Free for everyone
I reckon this option of the cameras, currently only available in Tapo Care, should become free for all users, as it looks after the safety of all users and the quick action we can take, depending on if the cameras have spotted someone trying to enter our home. Sometimes every second matters.

I just bought several cameras and the H500 hub to replace my eufy system.
If I had known that I was going to have to pay for rich notifications on each camera, I would have found a different service: probably Wyze, since I'm seeing on here that they have free rich notifications.
I'd even be willing to do a tiered pay plan for just the rich notification, because frankly, of the Tapo Care benefits, that's all I need, having the Hub.
Given that this goes back 2024, though, I think I should probably just take advantage of my return window.

This is included with other brands, really want this as it’s the only thing missing with Tapo. Safety and quick response is important sometimes and that snapshot would help immensely. I also bought cameras not realizing this one feature is paywalled. It seemed like it would not be before purchase.
