Not emptying to dock
I have the issue with self emptying the dust container. Not emptying within the app button, nor the auto function. I`ve tried everything mentioned above, but without success.
firmware version of mine is 1.1.9 Build 230911 Rel.201448. HW vers. 1.0 and serial number: 2233186000341 Model: RV30 Plus.

If you have tried everything there, I highly suspect it is a hardware failure. I would recommend you contact the retailer for product repair/warranty, or you can directly contact local TP-Link support for help.
