I have tried connect camera to the new router with openwrt firmware at tapo app. .

tapo camera c210 connecting fine without encryptions, but I am unable to connect camera with encryptions WEP, WEP2 or mixed. no posibilty to choose my wifi network (please see attchment) there is a WEP in a circle instead of signal bar. anyone know how to fix this?

WEP is not a supported security type by the Tapo camera.

Problem solved, just allowed legacy 802.11b rates on wireless settings
