Hi

is there a way to know the battery level of the motion sensor ? The idea is to make sure the motion sensor won't run out of battery while I am out on vacation.

I am considering to purchase it but this safety topic is a big concern for me.

thank you

When Tapo T100 reaches low battery level (around 10-15%), you'll receive a Low Battery Notification in the app.

However, despite using a CR2450 battery, known for its endurance, Tapo T100's low power consumption ensures prolonged battery life. Even in low battery mode, it can handle thousands of triggers (actually more, for exact figures, consult technical support). So, if the device isn't detecting frequently in its installed location, it should still last for at least 1-2 months after entering low battery mode. If you're concern, consider replacing the battery preemptively.
