Tapo Robot Vacuum: Water Not Dispensing When Mopping

Phenomenon Description

 

The Tapo robot vacuum does not dispense water during the mopping process, despite the fully filling water tank.   

 

 

Troubleshooting Tips

 

1. Change the Carpet Cleaning to Standard mode. 

 

2. Clean and wipe the metal contacts on the water tank.

3. Turn off the robot vacuum with the side Power switch. Then gently pull out the metal contacts on the Robot Vacuum, and keep all metal contacts aligned to ensure good contact with the metal contacts of the water tank.
