KE100 Thermostatic Radiator Valve not showing in Tapo App anymore
Dear TP-Link-, Kasa-, Tapo-Team,
starting a few days ago, we can't see the KE100 Radiator Valves in our Tapo App anymore.
They where working fine since they where available top import in the Tapo App, but now they don't show up anymore.
We checked the connection between the Tapo App and the Kasa App. (see Screenshot 1)
They still show up in the Kasa App. (see Screenshot 2)
The Hub is showing as Normal and the Radiator Values work fine on manuel control or when used with the Kasa App.
The Hub is a Kasa KH100 Hardware Version 1.0 and Firmware Version 1.5.12 Build 240320 Rel.123648.
Looking inside the Tapo App at the paired devices it only shows Tapo Devices.
I also added a Screenshot of all other Devices showing up. (see Screenshot 3)
We use the Android Version of the App on the latest Version from the PlayStore.
I added the Infos for the Hardware and Firmware Version.
We would like to regain control over our Radiator Valves via the Tapo App.
Can you please look into the issue and fix it?
