Tapo C420 Battery Drain Issue
Hello I have tapo C420 (2pack) camera installed.
Since past couple of weeks I am having enormous battery drain Issue in one of my camera, battery is not even lasting a week. When I check the battery status page it is showing me that it is draining almost 15-25% battery every single day. And the detection section is literally empty. Camera is draining battery without any significant detection or being turned on.

An update for this thread. Upon investigation by an engineer, the camera in question was experiencing excessive wake-ups, resulting in rapid battery depletion. This is likely due to the camera being positioned towards a well-lit street, where sunlight and passing vehicles or pedestrians trigger frequent awakenings.
The detection mechanism of battery-powered cameras differs from traditional wired cameras, and the installation angle can impact the device's battery life and detection abilities. What's the model and firmware version of your camera? And the firmware of the H200 hub?
Can you provide some screenshots of your camera's battery status page? Please note that the camera is also awake when viewing the live feed. If you watch the live feed for a long time, it will also accelerate the battery consumption.
