Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.9.0 build 230704 Rel.154559

Hi,

 

My Tapo T110 becomes unresponsive and will not send open/close messages.

 

Signal strength reported by the T110 = -51 RSSI, interference = -112rssi. 

 

Connected to H200 hub with firmware 1.3.2 build 20240424 rel.7542.

 

Hub to T110 approx 3.5m with no line of site issues. 

 

Resetting the T110 makes it responsive but 30 mins later no messages are triggered from open/ close events

 

Can anyone advise troubleshooting tips.

What's the signal strength of the H200 (device's settings ->Network connection)? Is the H200 wired or wirelessly connected?

 

Is any event recorded in T110's event log?

 

Can you share a picture of your automation settings here?
