Rv20 mop plus strange turns and spin around
Hour robot vacuum cleaner, which we've had for almost 2 months, has started to make strange turns and spin around sometimes without any obstacles in its way. And it doesn't move in straight lines like it used to. We have cleaned all the sensors and brushes, and we have also tried reinstalling the vacuum cleaner.

Please provide the cleaning report of your robot vacuum. It would be better if you had the previous historical reports.
What's the hardware and firmware version of your RV20 Mop Plus? Does this issue occur when you're doing the cleaning task, or mopping?
Try cleaning the LiDAR sensor of your machine and re-do the cleaning, see if that helps.

I have the same problem, it's desperate and I can't understand how from one day to the next the behavior has changed drastically. It was just yesterday at 18:45 that the robot started spinning endlessly and finding objects where there are none.
