TP-link has a big problem

This problem applies to every TP-link product I have. Because of poor internet connectivity I have gone to Starlink. They all recognize Starlink Wi-Fi (6) but when it comes to pairing the "correct" password isn't recognized. Every other smart product I have doesn't have this problem. I notice that in all the other forums, TP-link is blaming the Starlink router. I think not. In not sure if it's hardware or Firmware but TP-link needs to own up and sort it.
@Wayne-TP I have split the 5 & 2.4 GHz networks. The Starlink WiFi router is supports both WPA2 and WPA3 security protocols. I made sure any VPN's were shut down. The error that comes up after a long wait for attempted pairing is "Check Your Password is Correct". The smart bulbs I have are over five years old and I was wondering if they were no longer getting firmware updates so today I bought two new Tapo L530B bulbs. No joy.
