Hi all!

I've recently bought the 2-pack Kasa Smart KL125 bulbs, and after completing the setup, the bulbs don't turn off. They just stay with low intensity (like 10%). This happens when I use them with yellow/white colours only. 
It's not the lamp holder what is wrong, because i've tested the bulbs in many of them. 
Does any had the same issue?

An update for this topic. 

 

This KL125 is a US-version bulb and supports 120V only. Compatibility or even safety issues may occur if it is used in the 230V circuit.

Are these two bulbs the same hardware and firmware version? Are these two bulbs installed in separate fixtures or are they installed in a fixture with other bulbs?

 

Can you share a video here (with a YouTube/cloud drive link)?This sounds quite strange.

  @Wayne-TP Hi Wayne, thank you for your reply.  Please check below how the bulb is working. This problem happen on different fixtures. Both of them. And both of them have the same firmware and hardware.
