Hello

TP Link /Kasa Wifi Bulb

i have a new router and have to change WIFI password and code on all my devices. Please can anyone tell me how to do this for my TP link wifi bulb? . If I try and click on Kasa app- it says device isn't detectable/reachable - so I cannot select it to  update anything . The videos on web don't help - surely this is a common situation? I'm very grateful for your help- thank you

  @Pell

Since the old WiFi is no longer available, all of these smart lights are offline, and deleting them from the App would not reset them to the setup mode.

You may refer to the following steps, reset the light bulbs manually.

  @Pell If you can, change your SSID and Password of your new router to that of your old one and all your devices should connect automatically. It's way easier than resetting your devices.
