T310 / H100, no history in app
T310 / H100, no history in app
My T310 is connected through a H100. Measures temperature and humidity just fine, but I get no historic data.
At first, I did get a history curve, but after an hour it stopped, however with actual measurements continuing.
I tried to restart the H100 hub, and it reconnects fine, but still with no history or curves.
My H100 is HW version 1.0 and FW 1.5.12.
I checked my TP link router and none of the units are blocked.

In your case, the data fails to upload to the cloud server.
You may try to change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then monitor if the history data appears when you're on the remote network.
What's the model of your router? Please share your network topology here as clearly as possible if you own a big network.

Update: I found out the problem only occurs, when I'm not connected to the same local wifi as the hub. So problem is present when I'm on the internet, through another wifi or through 5g connection. In all circumstances the online measurements work, but only the history curves don't, unless I'm on the same local wifi.

T310 to H100 to TP link X50 5g
When I'm on this network with my phone, history is ok
When I'm not on the above network, I'm ether on
A: phone to TP link AX73 to fiber
B: phone to 5g
When I'm on either of these, history is not there, but online measurements are Ok
I have checked block list on both routers, and the list is empty.

@Boneloc The same is happening to me, but I have T315. Current data is visible only on home Wi-Fi. On mobile internet I get no current readings. Also I have no historical temperature data at all.
It was working fine until April 2024, then stopped.
Data from smart plugs P110 are visible on mobile internet.
Tried everything at this point.

If I get it right, your network network looks like this? >>> Fiber -- AX73 -- Deco X50 ))) 2.4GHz ((( H100 ))) SubG ((( T310
"--" : Ethernet connection
"))) (((": Wireless connection
Does the AX73 use a different WiFi name from the Deco X50? Is the deco on router mode, or the access point mode?
Please change the DNS setting on the AX73. And try to restart both AX73 and the Deco X50 (main deco), wait 30 minutes and check whether the data recording resumes when you're on the remote network.

This problem is not solved. In fact it has deteriorated so now there are two problems, which both only occur when I'm outside the local (wifi) network.
- history is not available as soon as I leave the local network, that the H100 is connected to.
- now also the live reading sometimes freezes, and does not come back to live (only happens when I'm accessing remotely outside the local network
I don't buy in on your "fix" to change router DNS. It should not be required to deviate from the default router DNS for the Deco x50 5g it is connected to.

I'm having the same issue. Did you manage to solve it?
When my phone is on the local wifi everything works fine, but as soon as I turn off wifi all history is lost until I connect to wifi again. The realtime updates works fine for both temp and humidity, even when I'm not on the same network.
I'm using Deco X50 5G in 4g/5g mode (not fixed line).
My topology looks something like this: T310 -> H100 -> Deco X50 5G -> internet
Edit: I've actually managed to get the history working a two times, for maybe a week or few days or so before it stops reporting data to the cloud again. I have no idea what made it work those two times and what made it suddenly stop working. It's in my vacation house, so we've not been doing anything special with the connection or units during those times.

No, I ended up writing back and forth countless times and eventually getting forwarded to a TP link support. But all their suggestions were not leading anywhere. As a last resort, they did offer me some remote access support, far outside my own time zone, and eventually I just let go of it and bought another product that connects Directly to wifi without a hub. That worked, but only sad it was not a Tapo / TP product. I was quite disappointed, since my entire setup, like yours is based on TP link components
