TAPO RV30 water tank is cracked and leaking. This has progressively become worse and we can no longer use this feature of our robot vaccume. I cannot see anywhere to order a replacement part on the website or other forum threads. Can I please seek advice how to order this part?

Did you add any cleaning agents to the water tank? Be aware that only water and TP-Link agents can be added to the water tank, other cleaning agents might corrode the water tank or affect the lifetime of your vacuum.

You may reach local TP-Link support to consult the warranty.
