I am trying to setup a new switch. It failed to connect to the H200 hub - I have tried to reset it but cannot get it to the flashing LEDs as per instructions (5 sec press then 3 quicks presses). I have tried removing the battery as well as rebooting the hub multiple times. Is there any other way to reset it?

ah I understand. I tried the reset by ignoring the LED as well, just press x1 for 5 secs and then press x3.
I received my replacement and set it up in minutes, working fine. Hopefully I just had a dud.
