My C210 2 days ago showing playback black screen . today is it offline. but i do still received motion detection notifications. pls help

What's the LED status of the camera?
Can you access the camera when connecting to the local WiFi?
If it still shows offline in the local network, try to force-close and reopen the Tapo App. Disable VPN if any.
Make sure the Tapo App is updated, you can also try to delete and reinstall the App.

Have the router or the WiFi credentials changed? You will need to reset and reconfigure the camera if the network setting has changed.
