I have 3 Tapo installed - all C210. 

Problems are:

1. One of them rotates with vibration and then gets stuck at one specific point - causing it to hang. I have to manually reboot and then it works. But again same problem after sometime. 

2. Another C210 was working fine so long, suddenly started going OFFLINE. I tried resetting last night, but this morning - same problem. It stays stuck at a RED led (no blinking). 

 

Any help please? Getting frustrated with Tapo devices now.

The first one is probably a hardware issue. You may reach the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty. 

The second camera seems bricked. Have you updated its firmware recently? Try to do the steps below:

1. Power off the camera.

2. Remove the sd card.

3. Move the camera closer to the router.

4. If the wifi setting has been changed recently, such as the wifi name and password, change it back to make sure the camera can reconnect the wifi.

5. Then turn on the camera and wait for around 10 mins. 

6. If the camera led remains in the solid red state, try to reset the camera. How to reset my Tapo camera?

Warranty might be required if the above steps won't help.
