Camera wont connect even with good signal strength
Hi! Finally put up my 2 cameras today & everything seemed to be working fine. I haven't played around much yet with the settings, but I'm hoping I haven't stuffed something up. Both cameras are of about equal distance fromthe hub & both showing good signal. Yet one of them just doesn't want to connect now & all I get is the swirly 'connecting' icon. I'm wondering if I delete the camera can I reconnect it? And could this help?

What's the firmware version of the Tapo H200 hub?
Does the problem occur on the live stream or the playback video (cloud or SD card video)?
Try to reboot the hub, see if that helps.

@Wayne-TP the hub firmware is 1.3.3 Build20240604 rel.61598. It's happened again. So what I have come to believe is the night vision won't self activate. The camera works fine during the day as my wife was activating the camera when she went outside. But when it's dark you might get the camera to come on in live streaming but the night vision won't switch on. So as with the other camera I have there is a short delay before the night vision switches on. With the bad camera instead of the night vision switching on it comes up a message saying something like Unstable Network & to reduce quality etc. The camera will work if an outside light is on. I have also swapped the cameras to see if it might be a positioning issue, but the same camera is still having the same issues. If needed, how do I reboot the hub?
Thank you for your time,
Brae

Do you mean that this camera cannot load the live stream ONLY IF it fails to switch to night mode automatically when it is dark?
Which night mode setting is selected for this camera? (Tapo App -> Camera Settings -> Video & Display ->Night Mode Settings.)
Can you provide a screenshot of the error message? Does this error message appear as soon as you open the camera live page? Or does it appear after the camera has loaded for a while?

It's on the Black-and-White Mode
Yes it seems it won't switch to night mode. I did a reset & nothing has changed. I went out in the dark & even though the LED came on green & the night vision lights came on it still did not detect me or record. The other camera did though.
The message comes on once you've waited for the live feed to come on & when the tap to refresh comes on. Refresh doesn't do anything.
It still works fine during the day as you will see in the screen shot it recorded me today.
