  @Gooberx  This is built-in crippleware... to try and get you to pay for cloud services. The fact, that you can view the video remotely means you should be able to download.  Pretty pathetic really....

 

It kinda defeats the purpose of a security camera.. which you want when you are not home.. so if you were on holidays or at the office watching someone break-in, you couldn't send the video to police/authorities until you returned home.  0/10 TP-Link. ZERO.

 

The work around is to use a 'screen recorder' whilst watching the video... (Samsung have one built into their phones).
