Rv20 mop error 7
Just purchased this today and as soon as it starts to map it moves off the dock and turns it stops and I get a notification of error 7. The trouble shooter advice is for the previous model and is from 2022. It is a LiDAR error and keeps on happening, I have restarted several times as well as having done a factory reset. The firmware says it is up to date. A somewhat disappointing birthday gift.
