Pairing H100 and T315
Hello,
I purchased on Amazon five Tapo T315 sensors and a Smart Hub H100. Sensors are EU version and the hub is US version so I can’t pair them.
I could send them back to Amazon for replacement but they cannot guaranty I will get the correct versions. Most likely I won’t because they will come from the same warehouse in my area as my previous order.
What should I do?

Generally, the Tapo products sold in Canada are all US versions. So far, there is no EU version of the Tapo T315 and H100 in Canada.
This situation is likely caused by the seller getting the device from unofficial sources.
In your case, you may want to consider returning the devices and purchasing them from a different seller who can guarantee providing the correct version.

Which country are you located in? Which Amazon store did you purchase the device from? Was it the official store? Or an individual seller?
