Looking for Tapo RV10 Plus Vacuum Mop Mount
Hi everyone,
I own a Tapo RV10 Plus robot vacuum and I'm on the lookout for a vacuum mop mount. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find one online.
Has anyone come across a compatible mop mount for this model? If so, please share where you purchased it. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

What happened to the original mop mount? If this part is not missing in the box, exchange a new set with the retailer or contact local support team for assistance.

There is no screw on the mop mount, are you referring to the screw on the water tank?
Did you add any cleaning agent to the water tank? Only water and the Tapo cleaning agents can be added to the water tank, adding cleaning agents from other brand may corrode the water tank.

My mop mount is cracked near the screw area and isn't supplying water to the mop head. I need to replace it with a new one.

@Wayne-TP Yes I have added a cleaning agent since I did not get any cleaning agent from Tapo, what's the solution, where can I get the replacement?
