Hola, agradecido por su atención a mi preocupación. Le cuento, compre esta camara (Tapo C425) y no he podido configurarla. Segun las indicaciones para la configuracion de dicha Camara. Es que al encender la camara el Led debe presentar una intermitencia Rojo/Verde, la cual no se produce. Pense que la camara no era funcional en Venezuela.

Que me sugieren ustedes?, se lo agradezco. Tengo miedo que la camara haiga venido mala y enviarla de regreso es demasiado caro porque yo vivo en Venezuela.

Reset the camera if it is not in the onboarding mode. Open the cover, use a pin to press and hold the RESET button for at least 5 seconds to reset the camera, camera starts blinking red when resetting.
