The Continue button lights up only when the privacy terms & user agreement is checked. Check if the checkbox in front of the privacy terms & user agreement has ticked.

The Continue button lights up only when the privacy terms & user agreement is checked. Check if the checkbox in front of the privacy terms & user agreement has ticked.
