Your email address is not tattooed on your neck for life!

This is a real pain - my email provider (virgin dot net since 1997!) is deleting all these 'free forever' emails.

It is also an issue with the paid for Virgin Media email addresses. Having the cost hiked up and then finding that they are applying annual inflation plus 4% to the already high (very high compared with new customers) charges is the reason I have finally started on the nuisance of changing email provider. This is enough of a waste of time without having to reconfigure the collection of smart devices and then having to change it in Alexa. What is so hard about changing the contents of a field or two in a database?  Come on Tapo!

TP-LINK, listen to your customer base and provide us with the ability to change our email address in our accounts. This is not rocket science, and in 2024 it's unbelievable that a simple feature request such as this has to be made.

Searching through your forums, there are many voices asking the same question. Imagine how many more there are that think it's absurd that you can't change your email address associated with your account. These people, and others like them simply go quietly into the night and into the arms of your competitors. Stop ignoring us and make the changes.
