Tapo app does not have a version specifically developed for TV devices. Currently, it is only available for Android and iOS devices.

@padomo only fix I've found was enable ONVIF and configure account information on the TAPO cameras. On android TV you can use TinyCam PRO and configure each camera with fix IP
