Firmware Version: 1.0.0

I have Tapo Vacuum robot RV30, the current version of the Firmware is 1.0.0 and there are multiple update for that robot issued

When I try to update the robot using Tapo App from my mobile phone the Firmware update is dimmed and I an unable to press it

I tried multiple devices with no luck, also try to update the robot from Me tab under my account with no luck

Any one is facing the same issue I am facing

Update: Upon checking, there is an anomaly in your device's information that prevents it from connecting to the cloud, so there will be an issue with device firmware update. For your case, please get in touch with retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
