Hello. I bought this camera. There is option to detect sounds: Baby crying. But it does not work... it does not trigger any alarm or anything. I tested it with my kid...when he was crying his eyes out.
Let me know what is the issue here...

When did you buy this camera and when did you notice this problem? Did the baby crying feature work before?
Just to clarify, please confirm whether you have received the baby crying notifications in the app message center?
Try to restart the camera. Ideally factory reset and reconfigure the camera. How to reset my Tapo camera
