when someone now rings my doorbell, the message i get on my iphone says "Tapo Doorbell" followed by an almost endless list of numbers!! It goes on and on. I do not know why and do not know how to change it. Tapo support have no idea either, but then, I think it is just a call centre.

Our team has located the cause of the problem reported in this thread, relevant fixes will be released through future App update.
Can you share a screenshot here?
What's the version of your Tapo app(App > Me > About.)? And what's the hardware and firmware version of the D230 doorbell?
