C425 sharing permissions
I am sharing 2 C425 cameras with 30 day free cloud storage trial with a family member. They can only see live view and non of the playback. The message is "No recordings" when there are recordings on the phone which has shared the camera. Any ideas what the issue may be. The cloud option is selected on the phone being shared to.
