Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.15 build 240715

Can anyone help me understand why my Tapo C200 camera keeps disconnecting from the network without any apparent reason? The camera hasn’t been moved from its original position, and our router is also in the same spot. Even though other users come and go, we maintain a strong network signal and have no issues streaming video. Yet, the camera disconnects for no clear reason, and it’s frustrating to have to reconnect it repeatedly. Any advice would be appreciated!

Refer to this article for troubleshooting suggestions about camera viewing issue: What should I do if I can't view the Tapo&Kasa camera?

If the camera disconnect from router wifi frequently (e.g. LED solid red), check the suggestions here: What should I do if my Tapo smart devices keeps losing connection or going offline?
