Hello.

I hnave just purchased an Archer AXE75 (AX5400) and an RE815XE range extender and, as a whole, I'm pretty pleased with it.

However, and this is a HUGE issue, when connected directly via ethernet to my PC (not in the same room I hasten to add), the speeds in the browser are absolutely appauling such that I get "operation failed!" bubbles when trying to configurate the AXE75, and that's if I'm lucky enough to be able to log on as it's near on impossible as there are so many times the AXE75 just sits at the logon screen or, failing that,a blank pale blue screen with the tp-link logo at thbe top, like so.

Is there some kind of setting I need to try and change somewhere? My system was running perfectly on my  ASUS AX92U.

I've just checked again, and the spped has increased immensely, so I'm hoping, now it's had a few hours to sort itself out (I have almost 30 IoT devices), this is a one off, but if you could oblige me to let me know if there are an settings I should look out for that may cause this issue?

I look forward to your assistance in getting this resolved quickly, or I will need to return the device and go with an alteernative brand.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you connect PC to the Archer AXE75 router directly via Ethernet cable, may I confirm whether you can get normal speed and access the Web UI of the router normally?

Did you check on another wired device?

Thanks for your cooperation and welcome to share more details if necessary.
