It worked fine for a couple of years. Now is not turning ON (app or the switch itself). In the app it say not connected. Tried to connect again but only green and white circle are flashing. Reset didn't do anything. Any ideas? Thank you.
Do you mean the switch cannot be used to turn on/off the connected lights with either kasa app or the physical button? Or is the switch not responding (offline) in the app?
What's the status of the wifi led? Blinking green? After you reset the smart switch, were you able to finish configuring it via the app?
