Doorbell not ringing out when pressed
The doorbell and chime is connected to the network. From my app I can view the doorbell camera and voice recording.
The issue is when I press the door bell it does not ring out.
When I try to reset it , I did not get the red /green flashing LED instead I got a voice prompt reset successful.
Even after many try it's still the same NO LED light up and door bell doesn't ring when pressed.
Anyone can help?

Check whether the Doorbell Ring has been enabled and adjust the volume: enter doorbell device's page in the Tapo app > Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Ring.
If the doorbell ring is enabled but there is still no sound when pressing the doorbell, use camera's Talk or Voice Call feature, adjust the speaker volume to the max and then start talking on your phone, check if you can hear anything from the doorbell.
