Clip record length D230

I have a D230 wireless doorbell and am only receiving clips lasting 16 seconds. I have retrigger time set to 0 seconds, record buffer at 10 seconds, maximum clip length of 120 seconds. I would like the clips to be longer than 16 seconds. Could anybody make any suggestions please.

@Wayne-TP wake up sensitivity is 8, it wakes when detecting movement. Motion, person and vehicle detection is set to on.
Signal strength is -66 (RSSI)

Do you use SD card for local recording or have Tapo Care subscription for cloud recording? Please check the firmware version on both D230 and the H200 hub.
What's the signal strength of the hub?

I have a SD card for recording,
Firmwear of H200 is 1.3.6 Build 20240829 rel.71119
Firmwesr of D230 is 1.1.19 Build 20241011 rel.67020
Hub is connected via Ethernet cable.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have a router provided by Talktalk, Tapo hub is located next to router with a Ethernet cable. Distance from hub to camera is 14m.
