SmartAction automation not running consistently or completing
Hi.
I have a couple of Smart Action automations that disable or enable the privicy modes of two cameras and, the automations either SOMETIMES do not run at all or do not complete.. that is, the may turn on or off one camera but not the other.
The log entries say that the autonations were successful unless it didn't run at all, in which case there's no entry.
What's wrong?

Have you verified whether the camera is in privacy mode (or not) by checking its liveview page? Did you tell it from the privacy mode icon on camera device card on the app homepage?

@Wayne-TP Hi,
I didn't need to check, as the camera (that the automation should have turned the privacy mode on) detected me as soon as I walked in the room.

The automation history shows the execution status of all actions and will indicate any exceptions. Please monitor the running status of your automation, if the problem reoccurs, provide us the following information, we'll have a support agent to help you follow up on this case.
1. Your time zone.
2. The time when the problem occurs (when it is supposed to run).
3. Model and Mac address of the problem camera.
You can send the information to me via private message.

@Wayne-TP Thanks for the reply.
....but, the history doesn't have any exceptions, it just does include the steps that didn't run - like as if they didn't exist in the action.
I've recreated the action and last night it ran all steps successfully.
Let's see what happens tonight.

It did it again last night... one camera's privicy mode wasn' enabled and the log didn't show anything for that camera at all, as if that action didn't exist.
Could this be escalated please.
Thanks

Hi,
As requested, screenshots of my Smart action.
I can only upload one at a time so this is the first...

The last step of my action is to disable itself (it's enabled every day by another action depending upon various circumstances).
Could the issue be that the steps aren't executed in order but in parallel, so it gets disabled and 'cancelled' before the privicy mode step is reached?
Just a thought.
