Good day. I bought an rv30plus. It is docked and turned on. The house icon is blinking green and it doesn't respond to anything. It can't even be reset.
what should I do. it couldn't even connect to the tapo app. thanks for the advice
Is the home button flashing green quickly or slowly? Try to restart the device by using the side ON/OFF button, see if that helps.
